HOW TO FILL IN THE RESEARCH DATA

Enter the date in the format dd/mm/yyyy, for example 01/01/2018. Enter the report number without indications of the series, for example for report number 999Z, enter 999.
Enter the vehicle registration number without spaces, for example XX012XX

DRIVER DATA COMMUNICATION

The following procedure allows you to enter and transmit the driver data in relation to the displayed report. The user must complete the declaration in its entirety and must attach the scan of the driver's driving licence.
Once completed, the user will have to print the declaration, have it signed in original by the owner of the vehicle and by the driver, scan the signed form and reload it on the portal, then proceeding with sending it. When the operation is completed, a transmission receipt will be forwarded to the e-mail address provided when registering the driver's data.
ATTENTION: if the scan of the driving license is not attached, the declaration will not be considered valid and therefore will not be acquired and registered in the procedure.
